Welcome to ADHDough. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ADHDough ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ADHDough mobile app and related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial baking. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App, and not to use it in any unlawful way.
ADHDough is free to download and includes a full first bake at no cost. ADHDough Pro unlocks unlimited bakes, saving, Doughlene's voice chat, crumb analysis on every bake, custom share cards, and color themes.
Subscription options:
There is no free trial. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region; the exact price is always shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
How billing works. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds. Purchases through the App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We generally cannot issue refunds directly; please contact Apple for billing and refund requests.
Your bakes, photos, notes, and journal are yours. You keep all rights to them. To provide certain features — for example, sending a photo to Doughlene for analysis or powering voice chat — you grant us and our service providers a limited license to process that content solely to deliver those features to you. We describe how this works in our Privacy Policy.
Doughlene's tips, crumb analysis, ratings, and voice guidance are generated by AI and are provided for informational and encouragement purposes only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. ADHDough is a baking companion, not a professional food-safety, nutritional, or medical authority. Always use your own judgment — especially around food safety, allergies, and handling raw ingredients.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or providers, or use the App to violate any law or the rights of others.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI feedback will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADHDough and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the "Effective" date and post the revised Terms here. We may suspend or end the App or your access to it if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where a mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence applies.
